THE WINDOW PERIOD FOR ACCEPTING NEW APPLICATIONS FOR SUMMIT COUNTY CARES RENTAL, MORTGAGE, AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM HAS CLOSED.
Summit County CARES program received over 7,500 applications for assistance in July and September. Our partners are working to process these applications as quickly as possible.
Please let your landlord, mortgage or utility company know that you have applied. If your landlord files an eviction notice with the court and you receive a court summons, please let us know by emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 211.

Summit County CARES is an assistance program designed to help keep Summit County families and residents housed in the wake of the historic economic recession caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Summit County CARES program is administered through a partnership of local government and community organizations.
